Biography:
Dr. Marwa Ben Saïd-Romdhane was born in 1987 in Tunisia. She received the Ing. and master degrees in electrical engineering from Université de Tunis el Manar – Ecole Nationale d’Ingénieurs de Tunis (UTM-ENIT), Tunis, Tunisia, in 2011 and 2012, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from UTM-ENIT in 2016. Currently, she is associate professor at Institut Supérieur des Sciences Appliquées et de Technologie de Gabès (ISSAT Gabes) and member of the Qehna research team at the Laboratoire Systèmes Electrique (LSE) Laboratory (LR11ES15), Tunisia. Her research interests are focused on the control of grid connected and standalone converters with the aim of power quality improvement in micro-grid applications and electric vehicles. She is author of 2 patents, 1 book, 3 book chapters and more than 20 scientific papers.
